Registration Fees

All payments can be made in advance by Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer Banking to the following bank account notifying the Paper Ref. No. of your paper/s and your Full Name. The Ref. No. is mentioned in the Acceptance Confirmation Letter and is unique for each paper.

* up to 35 years old or PhD Candidate. Presentation of one (1) paper.

Registration Fees include the presentation of two (2) papers at most for Senior Participants and one (1) paper for Young Investigators, a copy of the book of abstracts and a copy of proceedings, as well as, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches. Please note that the amount must be deposited in a whole, without any deduction for bank charges.

Authors (Senior Participants or Young Investigators) must pay their registration fees before April 15th, 2016, in order their papers to be included in the Book of Abstracts and the Congress Procceedings.

To qualify for reduced registration fees, an official document is required certifying the status of the participant. For students, a scanned copy of their student card or an official letter (preferably) from the University Secretariat is required. Young investigators should enclose a scanned copy of their ID card of passport.

Refund Policy

No refund policy is possible for authors. If needed they can nominate another person to present their paper.

For non-authors there is a cancellation and refund policy for the 80% of the deposited amount upon submission of a cancellation letter to the Congress Secretariat prior to the 16th of May, 2016.
